Warranty Period
All products purchased on the official Batzone
website come with a 24-month warranty.
The warranty period starts from the date of purchase (order
date by the original purchaser).
Required for Warranty Claim
- Order number from the official Batzone website
- "Email address", "Phone number", or "Name" used at the time of order

As part of our commitment to a sustainable environment, Batzone is an official member of "JBRC", which promotes the recycling of small rechargeable batteries. You can recycle used Batzone products at "Small Rechargeable Battery Recycling Boxes" located at municipalities and electronics stores nationwide in Japan.
⚠️ Caution: Please insulate the battery terminals with tape before depositing them in recycling boxes.
